Privacy policy
Last updated: October 2026
The National Center for Family Businesses respects the privacy of visitors to its website and processes their personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its implementing regulations. This policy explains what data we collect, why, how we protect it, and your rights over it.
Collecting and using electronic information
We collect only the data you give us through the website's forms: your name, email, mobile number if you enter one, business name, and the content of your message or request. We use it to answer your inquiry, carry out a service request or a registration for a program or event, and send the newsletter if you subscribe, and for no other purpose without your consent. We do not ask for sensitive data, and we ask you not to include it in your messages.
How data is collected
Data reaches us only through forms you fill in and send yourself: the contact and service request form, program and event registration forms, and the newsletter sign-up. We do not collect data about you from other sources, and we do not track your browsing on the website.
Legal basis for collecting and processing personal data
We process your data on the basis of your consent when you send a form, because processing is needed to deliver the service or registration you asked for, or because a law requires it.
Cookies
The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It may use cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work. Your browser also stores, on your device only, the text size and contrast you choose with the accessibility tools; this choice is never sent to us.
Secure transfer of information
Your data travels between your browser and the website over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), so no one else can read it in transit.
Protecting personal information
Only the Center's staff handling your request can see your data, and we take appropriate administrative and technical measures to protect it from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.
Sharing personal data
We do not sell or rent your data. The website's hosting provider handles it to the extent needed to run the site and receive forms, and we disclose it to official authorities when required by law.
Where data is stored
The hosting provider's servers may be outside the Kingdom; we transfer data to them only under the safeguards the law and its regulations require.
Retention and disposal
We keep your data for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, then securely destroy or anonymize it, unless a law requires us to keep it longer.
Rights of data subjects
You have the right to know how we process your data, to ask for a copy of it, to correct it or delete it, and to withdraw your consent to the newsletter at any time. You may also file a complaint with the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).
Other websites
The website may link to external websites or accounts. This policy does not apply to them, so please review their own privacy policies.
Changes to this privacy policy
We may update this policy, and we publish any update on this page with its date.
Agreeing to this privacy policy
Using the website and sending any of its forms means you agree to this policy.
